2. Hosting and shop system

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and stability of the website).

4. Orders and contract processing

When you order, we process your details (name, address, e-mail address, products ordered, payment data) to carry out the purchase contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. under tax law) arise from Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
